Leorsa Group of Companies is an investment holding company established in 2006. The holding consists of the companies Leorsa Development and Leorsa Innovations, specialized in investments in innovation research and developments.

Leorsa Development invests in commercial and residential realty in Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Province. At the moment, Leorsa Development realizes in Saint Petersburg a project of A class business center named Eightedges at the address of 45 Malookhtinsky Ave.

In the fall of  2013, communication agency Spice Media developed PR strategy for Leorsa G.C. to make its image in information space and to promote the Holding's projects. The Spice Media's service includes current PR measures for Leorsa G.C.: interaction with business and specialized media, arranging participatiuon of the company's representatives in the trade events, information support of projects and events of the company.
