The Board of Professional Developers

The Collegium of Professional Developers is a  nonprofit association of leading country realty developers of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Province. At the moment, the Collegium includes 7 companies: Land Aspect, Olymp 2000, Petro Style, PoolExpress, Rossa Rakkene SPb (HONKA), Rus: New Territories, and the group of companies of Stincom.

 Since the end of the year 2012, communication agency Spice Media has developed the Collegium's communication policy and been promoting it in the business community. The Collegium's activities are regularly imaged in business and special media; roundtables on current country realty market topics are arranged with participation of the Collegium members and media people.
