United Document Center

The United Center of Documentation is a multifunction modern complex for preparation of documents. The Center provides the possibilities of independent cooperation of federal and municipal authorities and organizations with commercial service providers. The Center makes government services available, as any person may now choose between preparing documents by oneself and getting assisted by professionals.

Communication agency Spice Media developed the concept of the periodical Herald of the United Center of Documentation and is carrying out the whole range of its publishing.
