Real Estate Fair

Realty Fair is the most important event in the residential realty market of Saint Petersburg. It is held twice a year since 2000. Now the Realty Fair includes three separate exhibitions: Urban Realty Fair, Foreign Realty Show, and Alternative to city: cottages and country dwellings.

In the spring of 2013, Spice Media agency arranged a business forum of the Realy Fair on live issues of residential realty market of Saint Petersburg City and Leningrad Province. Speakers were leading market players and representatives of regional authorities.
