PetroStyle is a country realty developer having 20+ years of experience. The company mostly builds country houses in Leningrad Province. Its specialty is elite and de luxe projects, from designing and constructing to selling and supporting cottages. Among the company's projects are cottage villages of Medovoe, Blizkoe, Korabelnye Sosny, Gorki SPb, Vysokie Eli.

 In the spring of 2013, communication agency Spice Media has developed the communication policy for PetroStyle company. Spice Media provides the company with PR services (interaction with business and trade mass media, arranging participation of speakers for the company in special events), as well as promoting the cottage village of Blizkoe in social networks.
