Lemminkainen
Lemminkainen is one of most experienced constuction companies in Finland and Baltic countries: it has been operating in Russia as long as since early seventies. In these 40 years, the company completed more than 400 projects in Russia, including industrial, commercial and public buildings and structures. Starting from 2005, the Lemminkainen also deals with residential construction business and sells dwellings in newly built houses in Saint Petersburg.
In the summer of 2011, a team of Spice Media developed communication strategy for Lemminkainen in Russia. Thanks to fruitful cooperation of the two companies, in the spring of 2013 the Director General of Lemminkäinen Rus Ltd. Juha Wätto took the 6th place in the «Kommersant» newspaper's rating of most mentioned managers of Saint Petersburg City and Leningrad Province.
